MiCa Sports is a boutique recruiting firm, providing personalized hiring services to companies focused on sports, entertainment and media. The firm was launched in 1999, and our clients include major sports properties and teams, advertising and marketing agencies, corporate sales/marketing departments, brand marketers, traditional media and digital/social media companies. Along with an impressive global client list, MiCa Sports maintains an extensive database of highly sought-after candidates, and a track record of delivering exceptional results.

Michelle Beidner is a co-founder of MiCa Sports. Along with almost 10 years in executive search, her sports marketing experience includes strategic/corporate consulting, sponsorship negotiation and management, retail sales, licensing and promotion, and on-site event development, execution and hospitality.
Beidner began her career at NFL Properties, Inc. (NFLP), working within the Retail Sales and Licensing division where she helped develop co-op marketing programs between NFLP retailers, sponsors and licensees. After a few years working for a Property she moved over to the agency side when she joined Momentum Worldwide, a total brand experience agency. As an Account Manager, Beidner consulted for several clients in the financial services, automobile, food service and telecommunications industries. Her growing interest in client representation led her to PSP Sports, the leading publisher of souvenir sports publications, where she worked in the sports marketing and consulting division and continued to assist organizations in promoting their brand through sports marketing channels.
Beidner left the agency and the traditional marketing side of the sports marketing industry in 1999 to start MiCa Sports. She continues to work as an Executive Recruiter, placing strong candidates throughout the industry with agencies, properties, media, teams and corporate brands.
Beidner holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland at College Park. Born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, she resides in PA with her husband and 2 children.
Caryn Snerson is a co-founder of MiCa Sports and has extensive experience in both executive recruiting and sports marketing and management. She began her career at Interim Personnel, where she managed a branch office and handled temporary and permanent placements in the local corporate environment. She focused on comprehensive candidate interviewing, managing corporate accounts, day-to-day office management and contract negotiation.
Her career then moved into sports marketing after completing her MBA. She began at NFL Properties, Inc. (NFLP), where she worked in the Marketing division as senior marketing manager. Her responsibilities included developing and executing communications and media plans, strategic planning, managing television and radio network relationships, and managing the marketing budget. She worked closely with all NFLP departments to leverage relationships with outside media partners satisfying various companywide initiatives and objectives.
After almost 10 years in sports marketing, Snerson circled back to the executive search industry and in 1999 started MiCa Sports with Michelle Beidner. She continues in Executive Search, working closely with agencies, properties, media, teams and corporate brands throughout the industry.
Snerson holds an MBA in Marketing Management from Baruch College, CUNY prior to which she obtained a BA degree from Brandeis University. Raised in Westchester County, she currently resides in NJ with her husband and 2 children.
Executive Search Consultant
Keith Cutler is an Executive Search Consultant at MiCa Sports, having joined the MiCa team in early 2014. Cutler has spent 25+ years as a sports marketing/media sales professional, holding several senior level positions, including: USA TODAY, where he started their sports marketing dept. and was founding publisher of USA TODAY Baseball Weekly, Turner Sports Broadcasting, as Executive Vice President/Sports Sales & Marketing, LPGA, as Sr. VP Partnerships and CBS Television Stations Digital Media, as Sr. VP Ad Sales & Business Development.
Most recently, Cutler was principal of KC Marketing Group, his marketing/media consultancy, and for the past six years has been teaching Business Development at tech/coding-entrepreneurial school General Assembly/NYC (“Sales Bootcamp: The Art of The Pitch”). In addition, Cutler offers private corporate sales training and individual career coaching. His longtime professional experience of actually working in sports/media, and hiring, training and managing teams that work day-to-day in the sports/entertainment/media/digital-tech business, makes him uniquely qualified to deliver the best candidates for MiCa’s A+ client roster.
In addition, Cutler brings with him a Who’s Who network of top sports/media/digital decision-makers and potential candidates, and he’s focused on growing and diversifying MiCa’s client base, while also efficiently placing the best candidates and delivering the most responsive client/candidate service. Cutler is based in MiCa’s NY office, and works closely with clients and candidates across the U.S. and Europe.
Cutler is from Miami, FL and graduated from University of Florida with a B.S. in Advertising. He is still an Orange & Blue bleedin’ Gator, where his youngest daughter will soon graduate, and his oldest daughter has recently graduated from George Mason University.
